Billing and Terms = Suspension

Earlier in the week started using Adwords with manual payments. I put all my billing information, which matches exactly to my credit card and was able to make a manual payment. The payment has posted on my credit card with no issue - I called to verify.

 

A big red bar is running at the top of my account with the following message: "Your Google AdWords account has been suspended because your billing information in this or a related account could not be verified." I don't have any other accounts associated with my name or credit card - so "related accounts" shouldn't be an issue.

 

I went through the email contact us asking about the issue and received an email back - assuming it is a canned autoresponse - "While reviewing your account, we found violations of our AdWords policies in this or a related account. As a result, your account has unfortunately been suspended, and your ads will no longer run on Google."

 

I then attempted to call Adwords but once I entered my account ID it gave a generic message saying my account was suspended.

 

I am trying to find out if it is a billing issue or a terms of service issue or both. My website isn't perfect, but I don't know what would be causing it to have terms of service issues - okcmedia.com
