Hi Ishank, welcome to the community!

Google has different trademark policies related to ad text and keywords.

A detailed out post on policies says-

Trademark terms used in keywords

Google will not investigate or restrict the use of trademark terms in keywords, even if a trademark complaint is received.

Trademark terms used in ad text

Google will investigate and may restrict the use of a trademark within ad text. Ads using restricted trademarks in their ad text may not be allowed to run. This policy applies worldwide.

Hope this helps!

In addition to SJAdWiser's answer- If you are an official reseller you may apply for authorization to use the trade-name in the ad-text

Thanks for your replies. No, we are not official re-seller. So its clear that we can't use BMW in our ad copy.

But, are we allowed to use cars model numbers in ads ? Here's an ad copy as an example:

Unique M3 Accessories
Aftermarket Parts for M3 Cars.
