Hi Vince,

Welcome to AdWords Community.

Are you participating in Local Shopping as well? Or is it online only?

I am wondering why does your feed have 'Online Only' attribute.

generally, forum members cannot access the data-feed
and account history required for a proper assessment --
a copy-and-paste of one item is usually not enough;
for example, a proper title is required.

the best likely course is to contact google directly
and ask for a product-listing-ad merchant-center
feed and policy specialist to look into the feed,
website, and both accounts.

before contacting google --

a hand-inspection of the data-feed and website against
all current rules, policies, and recommendations might
be done.

also, check the main dashboard of the
merchant-center for overall account status.

also, check the current-issues section under the diagnostics-tab for
specific account, data-feed, and items (website) issues -- by clicking
on each of the blue-boxed errors, warnings, or notifications.

also, check the specific feed status by clicking
on the data-feed's name under the feeds-tab.

also, check the individual item's status by clicking
on the item's title under the products-tab and
clicking on the link under the technical-details area.

also, check the emails listed under the settings-tab --
where google would send an email detailing the issues;
be certain google is not blocked via spam or similar filters.

as was indicated, forum members cannot look into feeds or accounts --
we would need more information such as the exact status information,
any messages, exact feed entries, screen-captures, registered url, etc,

posted here in the public forum [minus personal or private information]
to help diagnose any potential issues and offer suggestions.

otherwise, the best likely course is to work directly

with google to diagnose and possibly fix the issues

on the website or in the feed or account, or all three.

generally, google may disapprove an item, feed, or website at any time.

as an aside, the online_only attribute was only for
merchants participating in the local-inventory-ads
program and is not generally supported simply for
retailers with a shop --
