Hello,

my client is asking, how Google is using emails wich I add to customer email list.

NOT how is targeting working or any marketing features.

I wanna know info, like if 3rd part can use email, security policy...

I wanna make my customer sure that he can upload emails to customer email list.

Thanks

Hi Lukas,

When you are using customer e-mail lists you need to comply with the Customer Match policy.

As per the policy you may only upload customer information (email address) that you collected in the first-party context—i.e., information you collected from your websites, apps, physical stores, or other situations where customers shared their information directly with you.

Find the complete policy here - https://support.google.com/adwordspolicy/answer/6299717

And the list of email addresses you upload will only be used to match to Google IDs and for policy compliance. It won't be shared with anyone and will be deleted 7 days after matching and the compliance check are complete.
