Are capital letters allowed in the URL portion of the ad?

My ads keep getting disapproved with a [Destination URL] Invalid HTTP Response Code error message, but the URLs work fine. In the documentation it doesnt say whether we can use domains like MyDomain.com, or if we have to use mydomain.com.

Can someone clarify this?

Yes, you can capitalize the display and destination urls and it is legal.

In regards to invalid response code you have check your server response codes.

That's the problem though, I'm not seeing any 4* or 5* errors. If I'm not getting those, I don't know what Google is looking at that I'm not. Any thoughts?

You can check the response code of your web pages with online tools.

But first try re-editing your ads and click save and see if your ads are getting approved.

Usually when this happens, there is a typo in the submitted url or the site was temporarily down. Go to the disapproved ads and click them in adwords ad tab.If the pages load fine after you click the ads, make some minor change to your ad and it will be resubmitted and should be approved if all is well.
