I started a campaign advertising a desktop app - markdown editor, suitable for Mac, Windows and Linux. The ads have the status:

Approved (limited)
Policies: Unknown policy (Mac)
For example, this is the ad:
Premiun Markdown Editor
Mac, Windows, Linux
Mermaid diagrams, LaTeX math, PDF export, live preview.
When I click on the status, it says:
Ad showing now? - No
Reasons: Your ads are related to restricted products or services that can't show for this keyword. Learn more
How I would be able to deal with that status, so those ads could get approved and running?
Thank you,

Hi @Mihaela S,

As your ad contains the trademark terms, the system has assigned this status.

Instead of mentioning the trademark terms in the ad, you can use generic term like OS(operating system) in this case.

So, you need to modify your ad accordingly.
