what is the policy behind approving an ad for a social aggregator app like Starlike.

why does that get limited approval? I am running an ad for AOL Starlike.

It does not infringe on any policy that I can see, please advice.

Hi Kirti,

Welcome to the AdWords Community. Thanks for posting your first question here. We are happy to help. Are you authorized to use the term AOL and Starlike. If these terms are trademarked, the issue could be those trademarks related. When an ad is Approved (Limited), it could mean that the ad targets multiple regions, including a region in which the trademark owner has not filed a complaint. The ad may be eligible to run within that region only.

If you'd like your ad to appear in all regions that it targets, you can remove the trademark term from your ad text, or contact the trademark owner to request authorization to use that term.

Hope that helps,
Mini
