Hello Maria,

Welcome to AdWords Community.

Are your ads marked as Adult?? Please let us know which products are your advertising?

would request you to contact the AdWords Phone or Chat Support Team , so that they can escalate the ads for the review. if they are marked as Adult.

Hope this Helps.

Hi Maria,

This issue can be triggered if your ad contains a word that is used in the adult industry. This can happen even between languages - if that word has a certain adult meaning in English and you are using it in some other language in which the meaning is completely different.

Your only bet is the contact the support team. Be prepared to do that often for ads where the problematic word appears. First, identify the word that is causing issues with your CS. If you are aware of what is the word in question then you may build ads without that word. The idea is that any ads that contain that word will be greatly delayed, because you will need to contact support in order to approve them properly.

Best regards,
