Amazon and eBay using inappropriate ad copy - passing off!

I've noticed Amazon and eBay adds suddenly appearing on my brand name search, with the (trademarked) brand name in the ad copy/title.

This is complete misrepresentation and definitely classed as passing off.

Has anyone else noticed this on their brand name? I've sent a complaint to Google but I doubt it will be upheld. Do I have to contact Amazon and eBay directly? I think it's sick that they can blanket bid on every brand name and only fix it when pulled up... us little guys have no chance.

Hi there,

If you own a trademark and other advertisers are using it in their ad text, you can file a trademark complaint with our trademark team:

It might take them a few business days to process the request, but then they'll begin monitoring for the term you own.

Hope that helps!
