Adwords support is useless...How do I proceed???

My account is suspended. I've called and they won't speak to me regarding a suspended account. I've sent email after email and I get two responses...

1: "Our specialists have re-reviewed the account and confirmed that it is in violation of our AdWords policies. Since this decision is final, the account will not be reinstated. Please avoid creating additional AdWords accounts, as they will be subjected to the same suspension.
Our support team will not be able to give you any more specifics on the suspension."

2: "Thank you for writing in. While reviewing your account, our specialists identified suspicious behavior in the payment activity of this or your other AdWords accounts. To help prevent any unauthorized activity, we suspended your AdWords accounts."

Nobody at Adwords will tell me how to fix this. I just get these two responses over and over.

Hi Thomas,
Unfortunately, without knowing your URL or having access to your account, nobody here can point you in the right direction. If it's a billing violation, even more so. We don't have access to your account on the forum so we cannot see what the issue is/was.

AdWords take their policy enforcement VERY seriously and rarely give second chances to repeated or serious violators.

For billing suspensions, we refer people to AdWords support. If AdWords support wont give you any answers, it's likely pretty serious. Sorry I can't be of more help.

Thank you for the reply, Dave.
I'm just at a loss. I can certainly understand any company taking action on their policies. However, to do so with a blind eye and deaf ear seems extraneous to me.

Here's my issue...We are a wholesaler that provides whitelabel sales channels to our retailers. Included in that is an online web presence. Due to that, most of our retailer's websites are nearly identical because of the template we provide. Many of these retailers advertise on Adwords. My feeling is that Adwords sees this as one company trying to avoid payment after someone didn't pay for their ads.

Now we're ALL stuck without advertising on Adwords and losing money everyday because of it. I've even offered to pay the Adwords balance for the offending account but they won't tell me who it was. Is it a privacy issue? I think if you're not allowing me to run ads for my account due to another account then any privacy issue is null since you've linked them.

I'm considering having my attorney send a letter to see if he can at least get them to talk to me but I don't know if it would do any good since Google probably has more in-house attorneys than my entire city.

Our primary website is and most of the retailers use the template on this website

Actions we've taken to avoid future issues like this...1) We no longer allow retailers to simply link to our main website with an affiliate ID. 2) We've setup an Adwords manager account so that all retailers must go through us to advertise thus avoiding non-payment issues or at least the ability to know who hasn't paid.

Thank you!
