Adwords says talk to Webmaster Tools, WMT says talk to Adwords, help!

Hello everyone,

I'm experiencing a very frustrating dilemma at the moment. I had my Adwords account suspended back in 2011. I've just started trying to reinstate it. The problem is, multiple Adwords reps have told me that there is a "Webmaster Guidelines" violation that needs to be fixed, and the site needs to be submitted for reconsideration through Webmaster Tools.

However, no matter what I do, Webmaster Tools says "No manual webspam actions." whenever I try to fill a reconsideration request and just won't let me do anything else. I've added and verified all versions of the website and still the same. I've posted on the WMT forum but no one could help.

I've revamped my website's whole business model and content, Adwords even said they will automatically enable the site again (giving me a chance at submitting an unsuspension appeal) once WMT accepts the reconsideration request. But WMT says everything is a-okay!

I'd be super duper grateful if anyone could lend a hand.

Some important links:

What consistently appears when I follow a WMT reconsideration link:

Link of my discussion thread on the WMT forums:

Where I submitted my site for re-review after fixing  violations:

(The response was that there's nothing they can do as I must fill in the reconsideration request within WMT and my site will be automatically enabled for Adwords then, allowing me to submit an unsuspension appeal).

I know it's a long thread. Thanks a ton for any help!

@MosheTLV I just received an email from Google saying they have just re-eviewed the website and it's now approved again! It's surprising that when I contacted Adwords directly they kept saying I need to talk to WMT but you understood the whole situation and helped out within hours. I'm very grateful.

Once final question: I've now solved what supposedly was the reason for the suspension. What should be my next step? Submit my appeal through the appeals form? https://support.google.com/adwords/contact/appeals?utm_source=polhc&utm_medium=ap&utm_campaign=33755...

I'm actually guilty of attempting to create other adwords accounts back in 2011, I know that makes the situation more difficult but I was just wondering where to go from here. Are you able to ask Google whether they can lift the suspension now or if there's anything more still causing problems?

Thanks a ton once again.

Well oka, sure, it's just that they sent me the official "Great news! We've re-reviewed your site and determined that the following site complies with our Advertising Policies" email, so I thought they must've gotten back to you. If not, please do let me know when they have. Thanks!

if this is the case, then the account should be un-suspended, and no further action required.

Well, you can see the exact email they sent here: http://pbrd.co/XdauPM

I've actually just logged into to Adwords and it still shows:

"Your account is suspended - We've had to suspend your AdWords account because it contains major or repeated violations of our advertising policies. "

Perhaps there's some sort of confusion because the account has been suspended since 2011, or some other reason. I guess we'll wait for the specialists you got in touch with to respond.

I deeply appreciate your patience, Moshe!
