Adwords Video Campain "With Issues"?

So my ad is just a cover video I made, and in adwords the status is, "with issues". It says that In-Stream is "approved", In-search is "approved limited", and in-display is "disapproved". So does this mean the ad will still run in the two approved formats, and I don't have to do anything, or will I have to fix all formats before the ad can run in any format? Also, I never got an email telling me what is wrong with the disapproved ad. The ad hasnt started running yet, but will it, and when?

Thanks,

Josh

Hello;

To my knowledge the answer is YES . The ads that were approved or approved limited will run, and those that did not, will have to be fixed, and resubmitted.
