Adwords Account Suspended
My Adwords "account has been suspended because your billing information in this or a related account could not be verified." I reviewed my billing information and changed my address to show our street address (it previously showed our P.O. Box). My billing information for the credit card used for payment is a P.O. box.
Once I made these changes, I sent an email to Google and they responded back with "While reviewing your account, we found violations of our AdWords policies in this or a related account. As a result, your account has unfortunately been suspended, and your ads will no longer run on Google." I reviewed the terms and conditions again and believe I am in compliance. I submitted the form for appeal aand received the response that the decision was correct and final.
I am confused as to what has happened. My Adwords campaign was set up by on March 16 with the assistance of an adwords specialist. It was approved and the address verified at that time. It ran since then without any problem.
Can you advise what steps I need to take at this time?
