Adwords Account Suspended

I am using Google Adwords MCC and both my clients accounts has been suspended on 22 Jan.

 

Both accounts were running successfully since 1 month. One of them has insufficient balance since a couple of days.

 

Both websites are 100% in compliance with Google Adwords policies. one site is providing design service like Logo, website etc and other is a top 10 list type website where users can create content. No adult or illegal content on any website.

 

Can anyone please help me here. My past experience with Google adwords support team isnt pleasant as they just simply ban account for no reason and keep sending automated replies.

What is the reason for suspension mentioned in the suspension email received from Google?

The email I received says  it is in violation of AdWords policies.

I have talked with an adwords representative and they are unable to tell me what is the exact problem. I mean atleast let me know the issue so I can fix it instead of suspending accounts by giving generalized automated responses Smiley Frustrated

Please copy / paste here the suspension email received from Google;
Mask  any personal info (e.g. Email, CID...)

This is the 2nd email sent - after your had appealed. I am looking for the initial suspension email.

This means that there are multiple violations on the account; and as stated in the reply email to your appeal the account will not be reinstated.
