Adwords Account Suspended

my adword account was suspended a year ago, i appeal and i received a mail that my appeal was approved.

but am still seeing the red notice board in my account that read :
Your account is suspended - We've had to suspend your AdWords account because it contains major or repeated violations of our advertising policies. Learn more

When did you request a review for the account and when did you get that email confirmation?

Hello Ratan. I received the mail a week after I re appeal. I also received a call from Google staff who said I will get a mail concerning my account violation...

I received this message today from Google, am not sure what exactly I need to do now..

Katy, is this the first account that has been suspended or did you have any other accounts suspended in the past?

 

Second, did you try multiple payment details to make your payment into the account, and is the card your own? 

 

Practically, when Google senses some suspicious behaviour while a user tries to make payments, it suspends the account to protect the interests of that user as well as of the cardholder. 

 

In your case, you have already tried re-apealing and still it has not been entertained in the manner you wished, I believe there's some major violations. I would wait for your answer before I could say anything more.

Hello, thank you for your reply. This is the first suspension I received
from Google. So am not sure what other account they are talking about..

The card I added was mine a d I even got a test billing from Google.. I
will be glad if Google can tell me what exactly is going wrong...
