Adwords Account Suspended

Our ad was running fine for about a month and the account is suspended.

I'm trying to fix the problem and resubmit. But I don't know where to start and what those problems are.

Many different ads for the sites similar to ours are running just fine.

I need some advises from experts please.

Hi Jong.
I would pay very careful attention to this AdWords policy.

Particularly the limitations section in the exceptions area. I notice that you don't account for many of these. This is likely why your account was suspended.

Also, remember, just because your competitors are violating a policy, doesn't mean that you can. If they are indeed violating a policy, they should be reported and they will eventually be caught.


Here's some further reading that may help you better understand what is happening.

We have fixed our site and added new disclaimer. We submitted for review and our account is still suspended. We tried to reach Google for details, all we get is the same email saying we are violating the policies. Could you help us one more time? below is the email we received.

You sure did pick one!  Services related to governmental services, especially visas, have been an extremely hot topic and recent federal changes have made it even more difficult for advertisers.   Transparency is the key.  Adequately disclose your business model to visitors, prominently and fully.  Don't deceive, be up front and follow google's Sale of Free Items policy to the letter!


It can be done properly with a lot of hard work.
