Adwords Account Suspended

"Your Google AdWords account has been suspended because your billing information in this or a related account could not be verified."

 

I am unable to speak to live representative, I automatically get a repeating error message.

 

Possibilities could be:

 

1. My client had another company working on their adwords, they sent over export of campaign and I imported. Does the old company need to delete or transfer account?

 

2. We used credit card with PO BOX

Do you know how long it usually takes to hear back from Google?

 

Also if there a number I could call to speak to someone directly? When I do call I automatically get the suspension message and unable to speak to a live representative.
