Adwords Account Suspended // How to find why?

Hi,

 

My Adwords account is suspended. There is no specific reason why.

 

We've had to suspend your AdWords account because it contains major or repeated violations of our advertising policies.

 

To start with, I have no clue which policy did I violate. None of my ads are related to schemes or freebies or porn etc. Why doesn't google tell me what did they find in violation. It would really help rather than playing guessing games.  Is there anyway to get the account reinstated or find out what the problem is?

I have the same issue. I suspect it is a billing issue? Google took 3 days to process our bill and then suspended our account for their error. They payment is now processed and they are taking ages to remove the suspension.

Hello,

 

You must have received an email from AdWords support on this issue. Can you share that removing all personal identifiable info from there.

 

Also remember that account suspension happens, when there is repeated violation of the AdWords policies. More details about account suspension can be found here:- https://support.google.com/adwords/answer/2375414?hl=en

I received this email from Google:

Hi,

I have completed that form everyday for the last week. I then get a phone call in the morning say "good news, your account is no longer suspended." Then in the afternoon a email saying "your account is suspended". No-one tells me what is happening or takes ownership of solving the issue.

Hi,

I would suggest reverting back to the email you received from AdWords support should be the best option here so that the representative who is already taking care of your case is the one who responds back to you.

2 weeks after the event Google contacted me and apologise (well kinda half an apology). Issue now resolved. Not the greatest customer service by a long shot!
