Adwords Account Suspended - Billing information

Hello,

Below is the message from for one of my client from Google Adwords....


"Dear AdWords Advertiser,

We periodically review accounts for security purposes and to verify billing information. As a result of this review, your account and any related accounts have been suspended, and your ads are no longer running on Google. If you believe your account was suspended in error, please contact us through the AdWords Help Center.

Sincerely,
The Google AdWords Team"

 

I Confrmed many times with my client and he is advertising for first time for his website(http://bit.ly/VSs2Ji) and he never used his card before for any of adwords account and his billing addess and all details are correct.

 

What you sugegst me to do next.

Got an Email from adwords Support today, pelase find it below

 

"Dear Advertiser, Thank you for your email.
Thank you for your continued patience during this process. Our specialists have re-reviewed your accounts and have determined that our decision is correct and final. As a result, your account, and any related accounts you may have created, have been suspended.
NEXT STEPS
- Our support team is unable to provide any further information on this matter.
- Please refrain from creating additional AdWords accounts, as they will be subject to the same suspension."

 

When i see the email, i called to customer support and found no solution about my problem, Support guy told me that "They will ask all the customers who got these kind of emails to go to the terms and resolve the issue themself but they will not tell where the issue is".

 

This means it is my headache to found the problem and found the solution, even they will not tell where the problem is but they they charge. Indirectly they are saying "Close my clients Business and Close my business"

 

 

I dont want to create any controversy here, but i just need solution for my problem.

 

1) Can any of google manager lookinto my adwords account (Customer ID: 179-993-01XX) and tell me whether i am violating google's policies(if yes, where and what is solution) atleast sugegst me where the violation is happened. I dont want to see same emails everry time in my inbox which will not provide me solution.

2) I request any Adwords Expert to look at my webiste (http://bit.ly/VSs2Ji) and sugegst me if my site violating any google Policies.

Really Disappointed to see no one here in this community answering mu thread. 

 

If no one responds here, Where do we go and resolve queries, email communication and telephone support did not gave the solution, so i came here and .

I already posted their update in my email here, but no reply for her or any one?

 

Sad to see posting threads in Google Forum is Useless.
