Adwords Account Suspended - Attempted Transparency.

Hello everyone.

 

I would love some help to get my clients site live. I have attempted several times to adhere to Google's Policies when it comes to advertisement and ads. However I am feeling like I am shooting in the dark after multiple suspended accounts.

 

The landing page we are attempting to get live with a simple 'inquire for more' mail form is here. Four Registered Domains Later.

I have done my best to take the list that the google top contributors (Thanks MosheTLV!) and apply them to the landing site. I feel we are being represented in the most fair way possible as our business is not black-hat and functions solely for people who are investing and turning around property in the LA real estate market.

 

- We make clear where the money is coming from

- We make clear the terms and conditions and that foreclosure IS a possibility 

- We make no claims to be government regulated

- We put a physical address as well as telephone number of our facilities

 

What else am I doing wrong? My client is freaking out and I need to eat too!

I've received this form letter from them before when trying to contact them in regards to this issue. Again I only seem to be hitting walls in the matter of attempting to recourse this.
