Hi Sara,

For reasons associated with your own security, please remove the account ID from your post.

Also, could you perhaps post the elements in your ad so that we can investigate?

Best,
Lakatos

Thank you Lakatos.

I removed my id number.

My add is quite simple, just text, and the url is http://www.recualizer.com

Thank you!

Hi Sara,

If your ad was disapproved by Google, something was done the wrong way by you though I cannot figure out what, on my own.

Look at the 2 snips below my sig. Is that the way you created your ad copy? (http switches to https anyway on the browser, therefore you should only try the second option.)

Please disregard the language in the ad copy. Was your advert with such a format disapproved?

Best,

Lakatos

Hi Carla,

What you say sounds unbelievable. My version was accepted right away again. See image below my sig.

You got any issues with your history with Google? Could you also upload tthe pic of the refusal and the reason? Also pls check your email for denial reasons.

Best,

Lakatos

Hi Carla,

The ad accrued some stats and was disabled in 2 days. Continued research and found this for you:

Invalid HTTP response code

https://support.google.com/adwordspolicy/answer/6021546?hl=en

"1. Check the URL that you entered. Visit your account's Ads tab and click the pencil icon Edit next to your ad to see the landing page URL that you entered.

Check that there are no typos in the landing page URL that you entered.
If you're using keyword URLs, your ad could be disapproved because you have keyword-level landing page URLs that no longer work. Edit your keyword URL so that it leads to a functioning landing page.
If you're using dynamic tracking URLs, they also need to lead to working pages.

2. Fix the error on your landing page. Find out what error is happening on your landing page and where it occurs. Note that a specific component on your page (like Javascript) can cause an error. Here are examples of HTTP header tools that can help:

http://www.fiddler2.com/fiddler2
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/3829/ (for Firefox)
https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools

Once you know which code your landing page produces, see a definition and tips to fix each of these HTTP status codes.

If you still can't identify the problem with your landing page, contact your webmaster or web hosting provider for help."

Interesting to know that e.g. javascript may cause an issue on the LP. So.. my best guess is it is something on the LP in terms of web programming, and seems much more a task for a developer than for a marketing manager.

Best,

Lakatos
