Ads Suspended due to duplicate content

Adwords site policy has flagged our ads and destination website due to duplicated content. Issue is that the car dealer must use feeds from national car brands to populate their main website inventory as well as their regional dealership websites - which carry the same car, model, price & promotion as the main site. The website is built and maintained by Cosette - a well known and high standard digital agency. We can't be expected to change the way over 70 websites are populated and administered due to the algorythm not being able to digest that duplicate content is necessary in this case for the value of the user experience.

The site looks OK;
Let us know if you are unsuccessful to reinstate the account through the "recheck request" form.

Hi Sarah,

Did you actually get a message that suggested the actual reason was duplicated content?

No but I went through all the steps and analysed if the site was in breach and this is the only one out of all of them I can identify.

What did the messaging say, something about Arbitrage then?

This is what the message said:

Hello AdWords Advertiser,

We wanted to alert you that one or more of your ads or keywords have been
disapproved. Unfortunately, we won't be able to show your ads on Google,
our search partners, or on Display Network placements until you edit your
ads or keywords to make them compliant with our policies.

If this is an error, we want to get your ads back up and running as quickly
as possible, and your Google team is here to help. Below you'll find the
reason why your ads or keywords have been disapproved. At the end of this
email, you'll find a Problem Report that includes details about which ads
or keywords have been disapproved and what you can do to fix them (if
possible).

Disapproval Reason
====================
Site Policy: We've determined that your site doesn't comply with our site
policies. Because of this, any ads promoting this site have been

I would do as they suggest on that page and fill this form out: https://support.google.com/adwords/contact/site_policy

Guessing gets you nowhere.

I am "jumping in" here, after Tommy did all background checks (we initially do) and provided you the "request for review" form.

Can I ask, how did you conclude that the suspension reason was duplicate content?

Can you share your site URL so we can have a look?
