Hello, We offer Wordpress Development Services and targeting ads and keywords related to wordpress development, initially our ads were running fine but now we are facing problem with ads(i.e. wherever in ads we are writing wordrpress development or wordpress developer ad is becoming Approved(limited). Our targeted location is U.S.

We are not promoting gambling, drugs or alcohol, so this should not be the case but this may be because of trademark policy and ad might be shown in some regions only.

Can anyone please guide how to make these ads Approved and to be shown everywhere??

Thanks in Advance.

Hello;
For some reason your ads were limited. Any reason shown in the "policy" column on the "ads" tab?

Approved (limited) ads can show, but there are limitations to where or when they can show.

Why this happens: This often happens if your ad contains trademarked terms, or if you're advertising certain products that can't be advertised in certain places or situations, like gambling, alcohol, or prescription drugs.

Example: If you have a trademarked term in your ad, your ad may get an Approved (limited) status, because it can only show in limited regions per our Trademark policy.

Above is the reason which i can see.

Hi Cyber,

In addition to the above point that have explained, An Ads can be Approved (Limited), If your site doesn't open properly on mobile web browsers, because the site has large and Flash animated image.

Hi Rakesh,

Thanks for answering this but in my case other ads are approved(like when I am using Joomla and Drupal in Ads) and only approved(limited) for Wordpress. So I guess issue is related to Wordpress only.

HI MosheTLV,

Below is reason which i have got from Adwords.

Please share the ad-text, if you wish that we would take a look...
Otherwise, Google has replied for a probable reason.

Here you are, straight from "WordPress" trademark policy:
>> "We do not allow the use of the trademark in advertising, including AdSense/AdWords."

Thanks MosheTLV, but I can see some of my competitors can use wordpress in text ads. Is there anything which I can do or request WordPress to provide me permission to use Wordpress in Ads??
