It shows

Your ad is disapproved, so it can't run.

Your ad violates our advertising policies, but if you can fix the problems, we may be able to run your ad.

1. Click the white speech bubble Bubble to what policy violation we found.
2. Follow these steps to fix a disapproved ad

Keep in mind that repeated disapprovals could cause your AdWords account to be suspended so that your ads would no longer run.

But i am understand which adwords policy is being violated please guide me i am new with adwords.

Hi Abdul,

The white bubble mentioned in the instructions should give you the name of specific policy that was violated. From there you can search AdWords help for more information about the policy.

If you post your ad and your landing page here, the community can also try to help you understand why your ad was disapproved and how to fix it. You can also call support (find the number for your country here: https://support.google.com/adwords/answer/1385067?hl=en). I've found them to be very helpful in these kinds of situations.

Hi Lisa,

I'm very sorry about the loss of your son. The pain you have gone through and continue to go through is more than I can imagine.

I don't work for Google, but I do help websites with using the AdWords program. Google can be very picky with its requirements for the websites that use AdWords. You can learn more about these requirements here: https://support.google.com/adwordspolicy/answer/1316548?hl=en

However, looking at your site, I would not recommend using AdWords to get the word out about your son's story. AdWords is designed for online businesses who are trying to sell something, and to be honest companies often need to be willing to invest hundreds or thousands of dollars a month on this method in order to make it work. I don't think it is the best tool in the online promotion toolbox to use for your particular mission.

To help you have a positive impact on others by sharing your son's story, I would recommend two things.

1. Get in touch with organizations advocating for gun safety and ask them how you can help them and the people they serve by sharing your son's story. They will be able to guide you on how you can best make a difference. Doing a quick search I found the following groups that might interest you, but I'm sure there are others out there if these don't seem right:

http://nyagv.org/

2. At your local library or bookstore, look for books about creating a website and writing about your personal story (at their heart, even when they use videos or podcasts, good websites tell a powerful story and learning about writing will help you create a website that makes a difference). I think for what you're trying to do, books might be a better start because finding good information is easier. You could browse the shelves to see if something catches your eye, or talk to a librarian about your project. You might be surprised at how helpful they can be and how much time they're willing to spend with you.

Getting a story heard is often a long battle that takes years, and there are no shortcuts to this goal--I say that as someone who was a writer and writing teacher before getting into the web world. People's attention spans are limited and getting them to listen is a challenge. But your son's memory is worth the effort. I wish you the best.

Abdul,

You do not explain why my ad was disapproved. I am guessing that we are pointing the people to our PEP Filters website. PEP Filters is owned by Amiad. It is our commercial HVAC business unit. If you go to www.pepfilters.com you will see that it is mentioned on the landing page. I hope this helps clarify the difference in the two names. If this is not the reason the website was disapproved, please provide more details/

Hi Eric,

Abdul was asking about his own AdWords account and why his ads were disapproved.

If you share the disapproval notice you received and your ad text, including display and destination URL, someone here may be able to help you.

Otherwise, I recommend you call AdWords Support: https://support.google.com/adwords/answer/1385067?hl=en. I've found the phone support reps to be of great help with ad violation issues. Hope that helps.
