AdWords account has been suspended due to billing information

Just created my account on the 17th of March and created three ads which haven't even started running yet and I check my account to see I've been suspended due to billing information could not be verified. I really need to run ads for my online retail business. My website url is www.silouetteworld.com. I tried calling the support number and got the automated reply, same with the Contact Us form. I'd appreciate any help I can get. Thank you.

What was in the suspension email received form Google?

Are all this products genuine? Are you an official reseller/ distributor?

This was the first e-mail I received:

We're sorry to hear that you're experiencing difficulties with your AdWords

We’d like to let you know that your account is currently under review and  
we’re prioritizing this over other issues you may have written to us about.  
Our Specialists already know about this issue, and an investigation is  
underway. We periodically review accounts for security purposes and to  
verify billing information. We'll send you an update after the  
investigation is complete, typically within three business days.

Once we provide you with an update, please feel free to reply to this email

All the products are genuine and I am a wholesale merchant of a reputable online store. It's clearly stated for buyers the delivery period and prices are clearly stated. My contact address and phone are also clearly stated. I don't know what else is needed. I have no bad rep online or clients' complaints.

Sorry, but nothing  that we can do;

A human reviewer (NOT a machine) checked the account and found it in violation with the Policy;

Wow! So in essence I can't run Google Ads for reasons I do not fully understand. I think Google should be transparent and let clients know if they should provide scans of documents or more information. It's just wrong to suspend an account and then be told nothing can be done. If I had criminal or fraudulent plans I wouldn't be seeking a solution through the right channels. Thanks anyway.
