AdWords Site Policy Issue

Having an issue with AdWords (Site Policy Issue).  I am trying to advertise the website www.xyfon.com but according to Google this site violates their site policy guidelines for listing prices.  Typically consulting websites do not list their prices directly on the website, but rather provide these on a per customer basis.  Does anyone know if this website could be changed to conform with Google's site policy guidelines?  The website can be reconfigured any way, but without detailed prices showing.  I assume this can be done as other consulting websites use AdWords.

Thanks!

Hi Scott,

Coco, my colleague, just posted this thread: https://www.en.adwords-community.com/t5/Ad-Approvals-and-Advertising/Hear-how-to-fix-site-violations... with a very good video recording with 2 specialists who discuss how Google reviews sites, how you can know if your site is in violation, and how you can get your ads up an running if your site is in violation. Joshua also dives into a few commonly violated policies and how you can avoid violating them.

Best,

Hi;
The site is down. Can you bring it up so we can have a look?

Site is back up, was experiencing some technical issues. Site seems to be in violation due prices not being listed and the Google service rep I have been dealing with says there is no way around this. My question is how lawyers, accounting firms, or any consulting firm can use Google AdWords if this is true (none of these directly list prices on their website). A quick Google search will confirm these companies use AdWords.

Hello again;

Correct;
in this type of IT "away" / "remote" help services you need to provide clear pricing plans. (What the user is getting for how much, and a clear cancellation policy)
We have had may cases like this . Search the community for "IT service suspension" . You'll find many case studies / examples.

Hi MosheTLV,

Thank you for the fast response. Are there any specific examples that you know of. I am currently sifting through the search results. This just seems odd as I can locate many examples of IT companies that do not provide pricing plans and that use AdWords. I can understand the inclusion of a clear cancellation policy on site.

Thanks

Hi MosheTLV,

Thank you for these. Do you know how Google Adwords would typically react to consulting firms such as PwC, Deloitte, KPMG - they do not provide pricing as well. If you have a little time, I am curious to know if these websites violate the same Adwords Policy (they are both IT service companies using Adwords)

If they don't, why not?

Thanks for your help, really appreciate it.

Hello again;
I see you point; You are not offering services to consumers, but rather tailored IT services to businesses / companies.
I will refer the case to Google.

Hi MosheTLV,

Yes exactly, it just doesn't seem to make sense. Thank you for your help. I will let you know if anyone reaches out to me, do you have any idea on a response time?

Thanks again,

Scott
