Ad suspended due to "compromised_landing_page" and "flipping"

Hi.

We have been running ads for a very long time and all of a sudden we are getting ads suspended due to these classifications.  Can someone please shed some light on how we can remedy the situation?  We have done all sorts of scans, manual audits, webmaster tools analyses and can't find any issues with our landing page.  Furthermore, there are no resource on what "flipping" refers to.  Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you!

After extensive research, we did discover malware on the site. The reason that the rendered pages had clean content and many of the scanners were not picking this up was due to the fact that the malware had checks in place on when to present itself to the visitor.

I had a few calls with the adwords support and they did provide me with the urls that were being injected into the compromised landing page. However, none of the support reps could tell me what "flipping" means and I would love to know who to contact that can give me a definite answer.

If anyone else experiences something similar, these may help.

I'm not sure what 'flipping' means but compromised content typically means that there is some sort of malware or malicious code on the site. It could be that your site was hacked. Would you mind pasting the full disapproval text that you received? It might be best to reach out to Google directly to see if they can tell you exactly what they found.

Good luck!
