My ad keeps begin rejected because it says it lead to a non-functioning website - but our website is fully functioning. Can anyone explain to me how to correct this error? I've checked the url open on multiple browsers etc.

Usually this is a problem with the auto verification process from Google.

 

You can call support and ask for a manual verification instead: https://support.google.com/adwords/answer/8206?hl=en

Hi Leandrofm,

 

Thanks for the reply and for the advice.  Silly thing is I can't seem to find the contact form to start a chat or the phone number for Google support on the page, each time I click through it asks me to select my issue and keeps bringing me to help pages that don't help me at all! 

 

Any chance you know where I can find the page with the phone numbers?
