I am running an ad and am using my business name "Hey Sisters! Photography" - There is an exclamation mark IN the business name and my ad is being disapproved due to overuse of punctuation. But..it's my business name and literally the ONLY exclamation mark in the whole thing. Is there a way to get a hold of google so they can approve my ads?

If the exclamation mark is in the URL, then it will be the first thing displayed in a text ad. The display URL comes first, to the exclamation mark is in the ad. You just won't be able to use the exclamation mark in the headline. For some businesses you have to make adjustments. For example if the business name is longer than the max headline characters (not common), then you have to find something that works.
