Ad disapproved

I set up AdWords and submitted my first ad last week, only to be told it's been disapproved due to requiring an online pharmacy certification.  Here's the kicker...  I own a veterinary clinic.  The word "hospital" is part of my clinic's name.  It is not a pharmacy.  I do not sell medications online.  I do not accept prescriptions online.  The ONLY way I sell a medication is directly to a client with whom I have a valid client-patient relationship.  I've spent way too long on the phone with a Google AdWords representative trying to explain how I am not advertising for a pharmacy.  After the representative initially had me try to apply as an online pharmacy, then as a pharmaceutical manufacturer (despite my continual protests that I was not either of those) for online approval, she finally promised to call me back after further researching what needed to happen.  She called me back several hours later and explained that I needed to contact the NABP to get some sort of certificate stating that I was not an online pharmacy.  I next called the NABP to find out what it takes to get that certificate - in short, it requires an application process that costs $2,000 to apply for something that I know I will fail which will then get me a letter stating that I'm not a pharmacy.  Seriously?  There has to be another way to go about this.

Good news.

Senior specialist is re-checking  the case.

Your argument that you are not an online pharmacy and prescriptions are  only prescribed to patients whom you know and physically visit the clinic,  has been conveyed, and is now clear.

Please be patient. Re-checking might take a few days.
