Ad account suspended and haven't received response
I'm filling in for a colleague while they're out, and received a notice on Tuesday morning that our entire AdWords account was suspended, due to (I believe) a destination URL that fell outside policy. I immediately deleted the ads in question (everything in the account looked fine otherwise, including valid billing info) and submitted the form to get our account re-instated. I haven't yet received a response and would like to get this sorted quickly.
If it matters, the ad in question was approved and running for about 5 days before being disapproved. I'm completely fine not running ads related to the disapproved ad which triggered the account suspension, but would very much like to get our account up and running!
Does anyone have any advice?
I've tried to submit a video chat request, as well as called the number listed in the help center, but the associates I speak with can't help due to the suspension.

On the ads tab, under "Policy column" - what was the reason mentioned for the ad disapproval?
Can you share the landing page URL?
