Hello everyone m pretty new to adwords and today i started a campaign for one of my site and in first 1 hr i got decent 6 clicks having daily budget of $100. (i used a coupon here) Now after one hr i noticed that my ads are not shoing up and its hard for me figure out the main reason. I have set my biding to auto bidding mode. Here what i see now the status for my all keywords:

Keyword: "XYZ"
Showing ads right now?
No
Although your ad is showing, its rank is not high enough to place it on the first page of search results. What can I do?

Quality score Learn more
6/10
     Expected clickthrough rate: Average
    Ad relevance: Average
    Landing page experience: Above average

Pls help me in solving this issue.

Thanks in advance!!

Hi danielellensohn,

Ad Rank, which ultimately determines your ads position on any given search results page is a combination of Quality Score X Bid.

With a QS of 6, which is not bad, my guess would be that if you could increase your CPC bids, you may find that you will again be serving ads on the first page.

Hope this helps!

Hi Again,

First, account reviews are quite normal and often there are no consequences of having this process performed on your account.  That could definitely explain why you are not serving any ads right now.

As far as seeking experts, AdWords support (you can use the button at the top of the page here) will offer some help to advertisers.  As far as paid 3rd party help, you can check out the Top Contributors page here or use the Google Partner search to seek out further assistance.

Hope this helps!

I agree with PPCBossman. Just as a side note you may also want to check our settings just to make sure your ads are not set on accelerate.

Hello PPCBossman Sir,

we got even QS as 7 initially and now it says 4 only for the same keyword and landing page. I read about AD rank and QS and made campaign accordingly and we even did biding more by $1 than the max bidding by the first advertiser. Don know what to do now. Also Now we see msg from adwords for the keyword that our a/c is under review. I Don k now why we got this though we have added our working credit card which is already charged $1 and we used $100 adword coupon.

Also what is the best way to hire an adword expert and from where if we fail to perform well in our campaigns.

Also Does adword expert team help in setting up our whole campaign if we give them our daily and monthly budget.
