Ad Dissapproval (site policy)

Hello -

I just started with google ad words....and my first try was dissapproved.  I contacted google help and they said everything looked fine (even looked at my site supposedly and said it was probably just under review) but to wait and I would get an email if there was an issue.  Seems it is the site policy....but never received what site policy I'm in violation of.

My website is www.migrainefreeliving.com - it is a drupal template and hosted on a private server.

I really have no clue what is wrong - and fear that calling google 'help' won't be much help at all.

any suggestions?

thank you!!

Karen

Hi - it states - site policy. But I didn't receive an email about what site policy was violated etc. hence why I'm so confused. K

I didn't have a privacy policy on my site - but just added one so do you think that could be it?

So do I just delete the ad campaign and start over?  I see the directions for resubmitting a disapproved ad and for a suspended site but my site wasn't suspended.

thanks
