Ad Disapproved / Site Suspended

Hello,

My company has recently begun to experiment with Adwords.  After setting up our first ad and submitting it, I've found that the ad was disapproved for the following reasons:

Low Value Content

Parked Domain

After contacting Google for help with this they have only responded with links to pages describing policies that did not seem to apply to our website.  Any help or suggestions on what needs to be changed would be much appreciated!

Thank you,

Gunnar

Hi Gunnar,

It looks like Google is finding your copy/content to be duplicated from other sites online. One way you can resolve this is by writing unique content for each location page you have (Oakdale, Edina, etc) including unique testimonials. Try and get double the text you have currently and make it unique for each page or else these policies will always be an issue.

As for the parked domain complaint I would be sure that you landing pages/site aren't re-directing anywhere and to check with your host to see if your site is accessible from everywhere you may be bidding on.

You can always submit for review https://support.google.com/adwords/contact/site_policy?vid=1-635762835133259492-2927565848

But I recommend making some content changes first and checking with host before re-reviewing.

@Jordan Burleson is correct; a quick search will show that content on your site is a duplication from other mover sites, and is not original content.

A site with original content with added value to users  is a cornerstone  of AdWords advertising.

Hi MosheTLV,

Thank you for the response... If it is not too much trouble, could you provide some links to sites you found in your quick search that have the same content as us? While the moving industry is not an industry that allows one to be wholly creative in the copy on their website, we did write all of our content rather than duplicate it from other sites. With the only exception being one page that was based on a standard list of restricted/hazardous items that most moving companies use.

Thanks again!

Gunnar

Copy sentences of the testimonials, for example, and run searches on Google

Hey Jordan!

Thank you very much for your advice. I'm working on adding more content to our site to see if that helps!

I see, so if a client has left us a feedback on Yelp, Google+ or Facebook for example, it counts against our website to use those reviews on our website?

No; those testimonies, and I if I recall other parts of the content, were copied from sites of other movers.
This is known as duplication of content OR content with low added value.
