Account under Review (Very Frequent)

Hello People,

 

I strongly believe someone from here can help us sort my problem out as it is destroying my business

I am getting the Following Message:

 

“Your account is currently under review. We periodically review accounts for security purposes and to verify billing information, which takes about 2-3 business days. Your ads won't show during this time period, but they'll automatically be eligible to show again as soon as the review is complete.”

 

Now My Particular Problem is this happen to me 7 times in over 1 Month. First time it displayed the support people said its nothing to worry about every account get selected randomly and it might happen to me once in a month I was okay with it as it sound completely fair and it is good for security purpose

After around 24 hours my account got activated and I made minor changes into campaign and again it went for review and I was able to see the same message, again after 24 hour it got clear and my ads were visible. Again I made some minor changes and again it went for review.

 

So it happen 3 times in a row then after it got clear I uploaded some more money into my ad word and the ads ran good for around 7 days

 

After that I was able to see the above message suddenly I was shock again.

 

It got clear it 2 days again I added few ads and keyword again my account got under review and then I contacted the customer care they escalated my issue and it got clear and My ads were displaying then I add 2 more countries again I got the same message that my account is under review

 

Today after speaking with the customer care they escalated my issue and it got solve couple of hours before… Now I change the bid from Rs. 35 to Rs. 25 and after that my account went under review again and I am able to see the same message

 

Note: I have contact the customer service for many times and they only escalate my issue and nothing is I don’t understand why my account keep going for review without couple of hour after it get active…

I think it is happening due to some problem in algorithm of adwords,

 

Please assist me and If possible guide me whom shall I contact.

Hi;
Most likely that a keyword or some other setting on your account, triggers the bots to flag your account, and submit it to a human review by a specialist,
The best would be to contact customer service and ask them to turn this trigger off.

You don't know. Google does not disclose this info. CS has the tools to find out.

Hello MosheTLV,

Thank you for your response and help, I honestly Dont know what was the problem but Support team were very nice with me I told them to have look at this post to better understand the problem and I assume They understood the whole story after ready my post and your reply. but support team mention me it where not the issue, it was just a normal review.

now my ads are running fine...

I really love Adword, Its Team, and this support forum,
