Account suspensions/Phrase ads can't be triggered

Hello, I am really frustrated at the moment. I created account in September, verified everything and in mid of November account got suspended, called numerous times to Help center but they won't help. After trying really hard got hold of someone at Google UK and it was a great help. In short, the account got out of reviews and everything was verified, up and running in two days. Later, I created a campaign for another website and account got suspended again after staying in review for about 3 days. It says we found a suspecious activity in your account; however, there hasn't been one. How can we avoid such situation? I have spent over $300 so far and expecting to spend like $200 per day. Can google adwords be run with less hassle and stress? Suggestions/advice is highly appreciated.

The Google Review Process in normal....it basically checks any payment issues or any adwords guideline violations.....If your account is suspended then it means your campaigns are not according to adwords guideline... so make changes accordingly....

Thank you for your email. I have done it all but it seems like its taking ages for anyone to help or at least try to help. Everytime I call customer support they say we can't help. Its just giving me real frustration.

you should at least wait for 3 business days...if it is not done in 3 days then you should contact adwords team.

Okay, I have a twist in the tail. I got the following email from adwords.

Hi Syed,

I have escalated your issue to the specialist team and they have come back with the following.

Unfortunately due to a related account the account will remain suspended.

You will need to clear any outstanding amounts on any other accounts that may be associated with you previously.

PS: This is the first time ever in my life that I made this account. However I shared the password with an Indian guy to control my online campaigns. Does it make a difference? I just changed the password and checked under account settings that some Raven Tools has access to manage my accounts and all. What is that? Is it some type of person who could create a fuss with my account?
Please guide.

It appears as though you are already in contact with our support team. I have also contacted our support team and they should be following up with you again shortly regarding your account. 

 

They are really the best place to get this matter figured out.

Hi Shanea,

I got another email from Support stating that their decision is correct for account suspension. First support says my account is linked with other account which isn't true as of I know. Its the first time its been made. Now they say I have violated Adwords Policies? I mean where can we take this to get it resolved? I am still not able to understand the fault. Google can't be like this I guess.
