Account suspension due to violation of Terms & Conditions

Hello,

Zee I am hoping you read this as I know you are the one that can help. I have spent the past week or so dealing with AdWords support and they suspended our account once, then they cleared the account and once we started running ads they suspended the account again. This time they say the following:

"Thank you for your continued patience during this process. Our specialists have re-reviewed your accounts and have determined that our decision is correct and final. As a result, your account, and any related accounts you may have created, have been suspended."

I am not sure as to why this is happening but I would like to see if you can help us out. This is getting so frustrating.

Hello;

Sorry to hear that; however once an account had been re-checked by a specialist; The decision is final, and cannot be appealed again.

Sorry, Patricia. You've fallen into the black hole that is Google's "Customer Service." Zee or Mini may PRETEND to help you, but their only contribution to civilization is that they are taking up oxygen that could be used by people who can actually make a difference. Your company was put on trial by Google, and you didn't even know, nor could you even defend yourself. Yet, somehow, a company whose motto is "Do no evil" thinks this is acceptable.

I'd like to say "I find this very odd" but the same exact thing happened too us where an adwords "specialist" told us to turn our ads back on and then 2 days later we get another ad suspension. Fortunately for us, they actually admitted that their specialist made a mistake but that mistake could have cost us our an entire business, they do not care about that though because they are not business owners, they literally have 3 buttons that they get to push on their computer in India.

I just don't understand how they promote this website https://www.google.com/takeaction/ which is all about promoting a "free and open world" and say no to "censorship" yet adwords support is censored by not being able to go into detail as to why your account was suspended. It's horse**bleep** to be honest with you and hypocrisy at it's finest. They create these policy so that you have 100% transparency for people who visit your website from their ad network, yet they can't be 100% transparent to what policies you have violated.

Just check out this Google Transparency Report.

http://www.google.com/transparencyreport/

Here is a quote from that page:

"As a company we feel it is our responsibility to ensure that we maximize transparency around the flow of information related to our tools and services."

That's a straight up lie! If that were true then why are they not being transparent about these unjustified suspensions and account terminations? Odd isn't it? Smiley Happy

Also, I have been told to stop saying certain things on these forums by Mini a Google Employee... that's called "censorship" people! I just don't understand how they can promote being open and free with your speech and they have employee's of Google telling you what you can and cannot say on these forums. It's rubbish!
