Account suspension due to user safety Policy
My Adwords account was put under review and then one day i got an email saying the account has been suspended. At first I had got an email saying that the display url and destination url for one of the campaign are not same and to amend the same. I made the amends immediately, even though it was for a paused campaign. The account was still not activated.
This is the message I got from Google:
Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately, I'm not able to provide any further details on the account suspension. Our review and policy teams verify new accounts, and may implement suspensions if the accounts do not comply with our terms and conditions. At this time, no amount of changes to your ads/sites/account can be recommended, as the decision to suspend your account is final.
As I mentioned in my previous email, Google reserves the right to refuse ads or suspend ad campaigns when deemed necessary as noted in our advertising Terms and Conditions. I appreciate your understanding in this matter, and apologise for any inconvenience caused.
I went through the user safety policy and honestly couldn't understand how we have violated the user safety policy. I contacted Google over the email and phone several times and they just keep saying they can't do anything about it. The account is permanently suspended and no amount of changes to the ads and site will make any difference. Can someone here pls take a look at http://bephone.com/b.Elite/ and tell us where we went wrong and what we can do?
Also I just recently found out that there might be another adwords account which was opened by an agency based out of Nigeria (Our head office is based in Dubai and we have business activities in East Europe, Africa, Middle East and Pakistan) for the same website. Is it possible for me to get my account activated if the other agency cancels their account as we are the legal owners the brand? The account that was suspended was opened in Pakistan by one of our group companies but all the campaigns are launched and managed by me from Dubai. Is this a violation since the billing address is for Pakistan?
Can someone pls help me with this.

If the account was re-checked, by a specialist, further to your reply, (and it does seem that it was), and Google decision was not changed, - nothing much we can do... Sorry.
