Hi everyone my account was suspended for having suspicious payment method or something and I can prove that I am the owner of my debit card. I tried to send in the form to google that you have to put in your information for suspended accounts but i just got an email saying they wont do anything. I tried to call but it just tells me the account is suspended. I called an actual person and they sent me to a tech specialist but when they sent me to them over phone it told me m account was suspended. I have no idea how I can contact them. I made a new account and it doesnt give me the option to talk to them.

Hi Parker,

I understand your situation must be frustrating.. please be patient.. Google generally would not have suspended your account unless it had repeated violations. Did you have any warning emails?

The best course of action for you would be to get in touch with Google again (I know you have tried)

I would also recommend the live chat option with Google. They have been very responsive. Please note that the guys you talk to will not really have the power to take an action.. the best they will be able to do is expedite your case to a billing specialist.

I never had any warning emails, but they will not give me a specific reason why they suspended my account it just said violation or billing information could not be verified. Also it wont let me contact through live chat because my account is suspended and when I email then i get a response from a robot. It also could have been that my domain name goy hacked and all my webpages got redirected to an adult website, I have no idea how they hacked my domain and couldn't fix it so i made a new domain.

Hi Parker,
The best solution I have for you is to write into Google using the form above.
You need to explain to them that the site was hacked but you have cleaned that up.
Also, please take care of the security of your servers so that this does not occur again.

Hello Parker, I was / I am in that situation for many month. I do not think that there is a solution. The peaple come with advices but they do not work. It is not possible to chat to google and no calls also. I contacted a Google afiliated agency, they talk to Google and the answer was: We can not help you. No suggestions how to make it right.... Very dissapointed
