Hello,

 

My account is suspended...don't really get why!

Could you please help me turning it back on please? I don't really understand why it's been suspended without ANY previous warning! it's only been running for 1 week.

Hello,

 

You might have received an email related to account suspension for this. You can share that removing all personal identifiable info from there.

 

Otherwise, you can go to your account and campaign tab and then Ads Tab. Customize the columns to add the Policy Details metric and see which policy violation is being referred to ?

Thanks for answering.

All my ads have been approved when I look at Policy details in the custom columns.

I am going through the process now...but the first few exchanges are not really promising as Google don't want to tell me exactly what policy I violated...hard to fix something you don't know...
