Hey, so yesterday on one of my accounts got suspended. I have only two campaigns there, one for google shopping and one test campaign - both stopped! Everything was fine, no change in account for the past week maybe two weeks and then I received this email:

 

Hello AdWords Advertiser,

Your AdWords account has been suspended because it doesn't comply with our  
Advertising Policies and our AdWords Terms and Conditions. Please note that  
this means your account and any related accounts have been suspended, you  
can't create any new accounts, and your ads will no longer run on Google,  
our search partners, or on Display Network placements.

If this is an error, we want to get your account back up and running as  
quickly as possible, and your Google team is here to help. Here's the  
account:

Any idea what should I focus to solve this problem? I tried to make a call, but on Google Adwords infoline they don't want to talk to me.

Hi Alex,

 

It's unfortunate that your account has been suspended. If you go to your account, click on Ads Tab and customize columns to add the Policy details as metric, does it show you which policy is in violation?

Thanks for response, unfortunately there's no ad, keyword or anything in account. Maybe I've found what's wrong. I have credit card with one adress and card holder, but different billing adress since I'm still waiting for new card to arrive. In one mail from Google they mentioned my account was suspended because of fraud. Does this count as one?
