Account suspended

I setup my account and my ad in Google adwords.

 

Following is my ad and URL:

Web based appointment & scheduling

softwares for your business

In June 18, I charged my account with my credit card. I am sure that there was no problem in transaction.

The next day I got the following email from Google adwords:

 

“Dear AdWords Advertiser,

We periodically review accounts for security purposes and to verify billing information. As a result of this review, your account and any related accounts have been suspended, and your ads are no longer running on Google. If you believe your account was suspended in error, please contact us through the AdWords Help Center.

Sincerely,
The Google AdWords Team”

 

And also I have the following alert in top of my adwords page:

 

Your Google AdWords account has been suspended because your billing information in this or a related account could not be verified.

 

I tried a lot to contact them to help me about problem and no luck.

I don’t know based on their message if there is billing or payment problem or something else.

 

I appreciate a lot if I could get help to be able to solve problem.

I fiilled up the form and the following is what they reply to me:

Dear Advertiser, Thank you for your email.

Thank you for your continued patience during this process. Our specialists have re-reviewed your accounts and have determined that our decision is correct and final. As a result, your account, and any related accounts you may have created, have been suspended.

NEXT STEPS

- Our support team is unable to provide any further information on this matter.

- Please refrain from creating additional AdWords accounts, as they will be subject to the same suspension.

The AdWords Terms and Conditions state that Google reserves the right to stop running any ads when deemed necessary. You can review these Terms and Conditions here: https://adwords.google.com/select/tsandcsfinder.

Still there is no information about the problem and main cause to suspension.
