Hello;
Your site violates the Advertiser claims clause of the Policy
Run a search on this community for "IT support suspension " OR "tech support suspension", for the time period of the last month. You'll find many similar cases to yours, that will guide you how to fix your site.

Hey Moshe,

Thanks for your time & reply. I couldn't find anything relevant on the community, however doing a search on google for "Advertiser claims clause of the Policy" I went to https://support.google.com/adwordspolicy/answer/1331529?hl=en&rd=3

I see that it has to do with my Ads campaign (I did write "starting from $2.55") on the Ads campaign, but on my site the price is shown in images, so the robot can't read it. I made the change on the Ad (removed the "starting from $2.55") and saved the new campaign. Should I contact Google now or it will automatically join the queue for review?

Thank you very much for your time.

Sincerely,

Telat

Hello;

I have answered many suspension questions about "tech support suspension". (I strongly urge you to run a search)

If you review some, you will notice that I only mentioned the most prominent clause violated, and added that:

  • "a user needs to systematically verify compliance of every section of the policy. Review and verify compliance of each clause;" Work with your programmer to verify compliance of all other sections of the Policy;The recommended method is to work section by section, and verify compliance"

Well...here are a few examples that will give you some direction:

  • All advertised products, prices, offers, and discounts must be available on your site, at most two clicks away from your landing page, or through a basic search on your site. - There is no clear pricing plan on your site; where is refund Policy?
  •
  • Make sure that your sites display any relevant disclaimers or announcements that may be required by local law. - Are you associated with the brand logos - If not - where is a proper disclaimer?
  • Make it clear to users what your business does and how it works.- How can I contact you - Do you have a physical location?

The Policy is not just pages full with words and statements by Google. Google really intend / aim that advertisers fully comply

Hello Moshe,

Refund Policy can be found on Terms of Service, Read number 6) .
Physical address is being shown on invoice creation. Should I make a disclaimer for the logos?

Thank you for your explanation

Hello again;

I'll say it straight forward:

You need to fix the site as required by Google. No exceptions and no "workarounds"

There is no other way I know of, but going through every section, and verify compliance!. As said, many case studies are on the community; You have to do the reading. (We cannot do the homework or replace you...)
