Account suspended since billing information cannot be verified.
My account is suspended for second time after we started using it. We were using our account without any issuses for a few daqys but the billing information seems to be a problem. I have entered the correct billing information and which is accurate and best to my knowledge. There was an outstanding amount on my account which happened since my bank did not authorize the payment. I took me lot of follow ups with the bank to put up an automatic mode of payment on my CC. After i made a payment the account went into suspension. How can a account be suspended for a billing related activity after a "succesful payment"??? I am just not able to run my business and just running around to find a solution to this. I am only incurring losses due to this and mine is a small time business. Please somebody help me to streamline this. I cannot afford these losses and i will have to shut my business for a reason I dont understand at all. Kindly help me out to understand what needs to be done to sort this out and run a hassle free account.My account number is 780-494-4908.

I've escalated this issue to a billing specialist. You should hear an update soon.
