Account suspended for violating Cloaking Policy

Hi all.

I did not know that my site had been suspended because I cannot recall having received any email from Google to that effect. I have also been advertising the same site on 7Search without any problems. The site I refer to is a standard site used by many Distributors in our Business so I cannot make changes to it to comp[y to a Google Site Policy. I also have no idea what specific Site Policy I have violated. I would appreciate any advice on what to do.

Going out on a limb here, but if this is your site:
http://www.homebizbefree.com/

...you're breaking quite a few of the basic AdWords rules.

I'd have a read of this (PDF). You'll notice that your site is actually a good example of a few policies that are being violated.

Hi Harvey,

Cloaking is strictly prohibited in Google Adwords as per the policy here: https://support.google.com/adwordspolicy/answer/2755171?hl=en

As Dave rightly said above, if you cannot make changes to the site, then I am afraid nothing can be done. But if there is a slightest possibility that you can make the website compliant with Adwords, then you can try filling up the below mentioned form and get the feedback from the Adwords support:

Hi Harvey,
There's not much we can tell you if we don't know what your site is I'm afraid.

If you're violating a cloaking policy, that's a pretty serious one and if you can't change it to comply with Google's policies, there's not much you can do. Just because other search engines allow cloaking, doesn't mean Google will.

If you have no access to your site to bring it in line with AdWords policies, Google doesn't waiver this I'm afraid.
