Account suspended and can't figure out why

I hope someone can help.

We are trying to run an adwords campaign and have been suspended. The email notice says:

"Subject: Account suspension due to violation of Terms & Conditions
Dear Advertiser, Thank you for your email.
Thank you for your continued patience during this process. Our specialists have re-reviewed your accounts and have determined that our decision is correct and final. As a result, your account, and any related accounts you may have created, have been suspended."

The message on the adwords site says:

"Your Google AdWords account has been suspended because your billing information in this or a related account could not be verified"

Our billing information is absolutely correct. I cannot understand what TOS we would be in violating. I've spent hours on this and can get nowhere and no answers as to what we're doing wrong so we can correct it.

The site is cloudsupportstore.com

If anyone can give any clues as to what might be wrong, I would be grateful.

Our specialists have re-reviewed this account and have determined that the suspension decision is correct and final. As a result, this account, and any related accounts that have been created, have been suspended.

Are the credit card details, as registered / stored with the CC issuer, the same as those provided for billing on the account?

The billing info was wrong initially, but we've corrected it. This is so frustrating. The email says it's a TOS issue, the site says billing.

I will ask Google to review your case. (Note: I did not check the code. Verify with your programmer that no "bad had techniques" used.)
