Account suspended after everything approved

I recently started a chat with the ad policy team through the contact us menu. I ended up talking to someone who was very reluctant to check any of my ads and landing pages, but eventually did check it and said he wasn't sure if they were compliant or not. Our whole team checked through it and found it to be compliant. The chat agent told me to submit it anyway and if it was approved, it meant everything was compliant.

 

I went ahead and submitted everything, and it was all approved and running - albeit with a lot of fraud clicks from high CTR placements of 30%+ and then we eventually dropped the budgets down while we tried to stop the fraud clicks and then randomly the account was suspended with no warning or reason.

 

I filled the appeal form in and it told me my account was in review, however when I log in it says banned. Is there anyhting I can do to recover my account and continue advertising our magazine?

Hi there;

The  click fraud check and the review are unrelated.  These are checked by 2 separate teams.


What was the reason for suspension mentioned in the email received from Google. (Look for this email - it is the key for understanding the issue)
Please share the URL of the site suspended.

This is what their first email said:

Hello AdWords Advertiser,

Your AdWords account has been suspended because it doesn't comply with our
Advertising Policies and our AdWords Terms and Conditions. Please note that
this means your account and any related accounts have been suspended, you
can't create any new accounts, and your ads will no longer run on Google,
our search partners, or on Display Network placements.

If this is an error, we want to get your account back up and running as
quickly as possible, and your Google team is here to help. Here's the
account:

Customer ID: xxxxxxx

To learn more about AdWords suspension policies, please visit

and then after I contacted them I got this email:

We're sorry to hear that you're experiencing difficulties with your AdWords
account.

We’d like to let you know that your account is currently under review and
we’re prioritizing this over other issues you may have written to us about.
Our Specialists already know about this issue, and an investigation is
underway. We periodically review accounts for security purposes and to
verify billing information. We'll send you an update after the
investigation is complete, typically within three business days.

Once we provide you with an update, please feel free to reply to this email
if you have any questions regarding your AdWords account or contact us
through http://adwords.google.com/support/aw/bin/request.py.

When I login there's a red bar saying:

Your account is suspended - We've had to suspend your AdWords account because it contains major or repeated violations of our advertising policies. Learn more
