Account suspended. No feedback at all in 5 years. :( Please, help.

Hey everybody!

 

One day I got a new job in a Ukrainian-US company as a project manager. I created a web site and was just about to run an AdWords campaign. My boss gave me a credit card to set it up with the account. And then my project account was suspended. And my personal account too. This happened somewhere in 2008 or 2009.

 

I contacted Google support in Ukraine and in Ireland, but they gave me no comments at all. 

 

I sent emails to Google support, but the autoreply said my account is under investigation.

 

No human comments. No progress. Nothing. Just ignorance. For almost 5 years now.

 

Well I suppose this might have happened because the card was bad? Or by Google terms and policies I am not allowed to use someone else's card, so it happened that I violated terms and policies? 

 

In either of the cases, I really wish to resolve the situation. If there is an investigation — I'd like to help and provide more info so that your investigation proceeds. If I violated Google terms — I would like to apologize and... well never again do the same (I cant say I had much choice at that time).

 

Anyways, I would like to do something constructive.

 

I am a loyal Google customer, a marketeer. I want to use AdWords. And dont really understand why my account was suspended and what can be done to review it?

What is the reason for suspension?

What can I do to resume my account?

 

Maybe you could suggest the right person in Google who I could speak to?

Please share the domain that was / is in question and triggered the suspension

Basically it's sales of real estate, where you get a citizenship as a bonus.

As you advised, I just submitted the form and received an auto-reply:

"We’d like to let you know that your account is currently under review and we’re prioritizing this over other issues you may have written to us about. Our Specialists already know about this issue, and an investigation is underway. We periodically review accounts for security purposes and to verify billing information. We'll send you an update after the investigation is complete, typically within three business days."

Over past two weeks I submitted 4 or 5 support feedback applications. Each time I received a 100% same reply that "investigation is underway".

This kind of feedback (or basically no feedback) is actually the reason why I started this thread.

Can someone explain the real reason why I have been denied of service?
And what do I need to do to re-activate my account?

Hey Moshe!

I received a reply:

"Having thoroughly reviewed your account again, our specialists have confirmed that we're unable to unsuspend your account. At this time, no amount of changes to your ads/sites/account can be recommended, as the decision to suspend your account is final.
Please refrain from opening any new AdWords accounts, as we'll suspend any newly created accounts upon creation."

But I still continue to not understand what did I do wrong. Why was I denied?
— I did not run any campaigns
— I did not "systematically violate" T&C because no one ever informed me about any violations

Seriously. What makes me different from other users?

I have never used Google Adwords. And now I am banned. Permanently. Doesn't feel fair Smiley Sad 

 

What would you suggest as a next step?
