Account suspended, Can't talk to a human

I can't talk to a human on adwords, it's like there are only robots there. I keep getting automated responses, the last one makes no sense at all:

 

"our specialists identified suspicious behavior in the payment activity of this or your other AdWords accounts."

 

Who are those specialist? Why can't I talk to them? Why google just shut me out like that giving me all this headache?

Unfortunately, when the account is suspended, the system doesn't let you connect with AdWords specialist on a phone call. However, you can contact them via email and explain the situation. If you think that the account suspension happened because of some error, you can reach out to AdWords support using this link:- https://support.google.com/adwordspolicy/answer/6381844

Unfortunately, when the account is suspended, the system doesn't let you connect with AdWords specialist on a phone call. However, you can contact them via email and explain the situation. Try reaching out to AdWords support with the following link: https://support.google.com/adwords/contact/pf_suspended 

 

Besides that there's not too much you can do. If Google decides that their decision is ultimately final then there's no reversing it. Instead i suggest you try to figure out what you may have done to violate terms and how you can prevent it in the future.

I tried thousands of time, it doesn't matter, I always get an automated response, the last time it didn't make on sense at all:

 

"While reviewing your account, our specialists identified suspicious behavior in the payment activity of this or your other AdWords accounts."

 

Like if I was using ilegal money or whatever that is supposed to mean. And who are those specialists? Why can't I talk to them?

Are google adwords team consists of professionals or just conemans ?

They are evil, it is an automated machine built to steal your money and treat you like garbage. Keep your adblock on my friend, it's the only thing you can do

After 4 weeks trying to solve my problem unsuccessfully I can tell you: Adwords is evil!

 

It is an automated machine built to steal your money and treat you like garbage. If you have a problem you need to fill a form and you get an automated message a couple of days later. Some times these messages make no sense at all.

 

And then they've built this forum with "Real people". But the funny thing is that they are transforming this real people in robots too. Check 3 or 4 posts and you will see that these people have been trained to give the same robot answers. Fill the form, read the policies ...

 

This thing is becoming bigger and bigger and I am afraid of the future. The only thing I can do for now is to keep my adblock on and keep trying to reach a human at adwords ( mission impossible ). Good luck for those having the same problems

If you are seeing the same answers here, it is probably because the helpers see the same questions over and over again, so it is easier to have a few stock answers on hand.

My add was dissaproved by Destination Experience and Site Policy but I don't know Why

It happen the same to me, I am more than 1 month try to solve it without success, I never managed to talk to a human. People in this forum were "robotized" all they know is to tell you to submit a form, and then 3 days later you get an auto response that most of the time makes no sense. Sorry for your sorrow, Good luck!

As with Rob and Tom, I am a human that does not work for Google. 

 

Actually, we are all really nice humans that care a great deal for every visitor to these communities. And lots of people have taken the time to provide concise information to you, which further proves their care, yet you continue to spam the forums with nonsense.

 

In review, let me state things more clearly:

 

1. I am a human.

2. I do not work for Google.

3. Because I do not work for Google, I cannot access your account or interact with you regarding anything personal with your account.

4. We are fellow advertisers offering our AdWords intelligence for free to those that seek it. We expect nothing in return except friendly & respectful interactions.

5. We cannot supersede AdWords Support. 

6. We cannot clear suspensions.

7. We cannot fix billing issues.

8. We cannot refund money.

9. We cannot do anything against the decisions of AdWords Support.

10. While much news is made about Google's A.I. (robots, machine learning, etc.) systems, there are actually humans in charge and humans that truly care.

11. Your use of these help communities are not an absolute given. Your rights to access them can be revoked. You are required to adhere to the community guidelines outlined. 

 

Please know that the community helpers do want you to get the help you need. We do understand your desire to complete the task at hand. And we do get that your frustration is manifesting with negative actions towards these help communities and others seeking assistance... which may make you feel better but will never lead to anything positive. We sense your frustration but that does not change what we are capable of doing. Refer back to #5, #6, #7, #8 and #9 above.
