Account got suspended

Hi,

 

My adwords account got suspended and I received following message:

 

 We've identified suspicious behaviour in the payment activity of your AdWords account  or a connected account. To help prevent any unauthorised activity, we suspended your AdWords accounts and stopped your ads from running.

This suspension means that your ads in this account and any related accounts can no longer run, and you won't be able to open any new AdWords accounts. After I requested my to review my account and got this message:

Thanks for your continued patience during this process. Our specialists have re-reviewed the account and confirmed that it is in violation of our AdWords policies. Since this decision is final, the account will not be reinstated. Please avoid creating additional AdWords accounts, as they will be subjected to the same suspension.

Our support team will not be able to give you any more specifics on the suspension.

Please suggest me if there is any solution. I am not able to understand the reason of violation as my account details are correct.

Unfortunately, we don't have access to your account here on the forum. You'll have to contact AdWords for them to be able to give you a reason for the suspension.

Please note though that AdWords usually only make permanent suspensions on repeated and/or serious violations of their policies and when they say final, they mean final. So adjust your expectations.

Hi Dave,

With this line "suspicious behaviour in the payment activity of your AdWords account " I figure out that there might be any kind of issue with my credit card because on 8th Aug I got message from Google that we are unable to debit amount from your card. But the other day they were able to deduct the amount. After that I received "suspicious behaviour in the payment activity of your AdWords account " message.

So if I try to created another account with new email Id and with new card. In that case is there any possibility that Google will accept my ads for the same website? As I figure out that my billing method is suspended. My website is clean.

What do you suggest in this case?
